The rights to the software, and the ownership and intellectual property rights of the software, are protected by the copyright law and the provisions of the international treaties. There is no transfer of any authority or ownership of the software. In this agreement, there is no sale of any rights belonging to the software. You may use it for your personal or power documents, unless you sell the products created by the software or provide them for related services.

3. WARRANTY AND RESPONSIBILITY

We do not provide any warranties, express or implied, with respect to the software and accompanying manuals. We are not responsible for any damage to users involved in the use of the software.
